Silent Rave at Union Square

Update 12 OCT 18: I didn’t write much for this entry in the past so allow me to make up for that now. The premise was simple. Show up to Union Square. Bring an iPod or MP3 player. Plug in your headphones. Dance to your own shit! I know it’s all corporate now with Quiet Events throwing parties 7 days a week but back then it was more of a flash mob thing. I’m not knocking on them though, they make a fun product.

It should be noted that despite this talk about “silent” raving the amount of people this event attracted made for a very rowdy group of people.
